Air-source heat pump, underfloor heating and new bathrooms for new build barn project.

We are very proud to have been involved in this contemporary barn build, near High Ercall, Telford, Shropshire. 

This property was a project for Parry Jones Homes – a local Shropshire developer.

Here we installed a 5kw Vaillant Arotherm Plus air source heat pump to cover 100% of the property’s heating and hot water demands. 

We installed the under-floor heating to the entire ground floor of the property.

All heating and hot water is monitored and controlled remotely by an app on the owner’s smartphone. 

We also carried out all the plumbing works on this project including the main bathroom and master en-suite.
