Underfloor heating is one of the most efficient ways to heat your home.
Why? Because the underfloor heating system covers such a large surface area, it doesn’t have to be heated to such a high temperature as radiators to warm the room. It also gives a more even heat across a room.
Keeping your underfloor heating system just a few degrees warmer than normal room temperature can use 15 to 40% less energy than traditional radiators, so it is ideal alongside heat pumps.
However, a traditional radiator system can work very well at lower heating flow temperatures, when correctly sized and we can advise on the best system to suit your property and project.
