Survey & Design
Each customer & property is different, so surveys are a critical part of any prospective project. An On-site and/or Off-plan survey is the basis for a solution that meets your needs both functionally and financially. This starts with a clear view on the feasibility, correct sizing and identification of potential challenges, all of this is key to making sure that the system works as expected once it is installed. We also work with an experienced independent consultancy who can undertake an impartial feasibility study, cost : benefit analysis and outline design so that you have this report prior to deciding which solution is right for your property.
Installation
We agree on a timeline for the start and completion of your system and always honour the commitments we make. Every part of the process, from survey to commissioning is carried out by our own engineers or trusted sub-contractors. We take the responsibility for ensuring the whole project runs smoothly, minimising disruption, enabling you or your main contractor to have one point of contact and keep the communication lines open so that you’re up-to-date with progress and can raise any query or question.
Maintenance & Servicing
Once a system is commissioned it needs to be checked so that it maintains the highest possible performance. JD Heating & Renewables can maintain and service your system and carry out warranty work and repairs if these are necessary. As a MCS, Gas Safe and NAPIT-accredited company, our fully-trained engineers have experience with a wide range of manufacturers so we can provide the service that’s needed without risk of invalidating any warranty or insurance that you have in place.
Commercial & Domestic
We work with a range of different clients from homeowners, estate agents, builder developers, architects and farmers to large commercial clients. Remote Monitoring
Many of the systems that we install can include Remote Monitoring – which allows you and us to check up on the system online or from a mobile app, which means together we can check up on how it is running, make adjustments and speed up diagnosing any issues. Saving energy, time and money.
