Air-source heat pump, underfloor heating and new en-suites for luxury new build project.

We are very pleased to have been involved in this high-end new build country home in Ashley, Staffordshire.

We installed all the plumbing and heating requirements. In this property we installed 1 x Stiebel Eltron WPL25 air source heat pump to cover the property’s hot water and heating demands.

We installed the under-floor heating to the ground floor and first floor with a column radiator in the bedroom on the second floor.

All heating and hot water is monitored and controlled remotely by a Control4 Smart Home app on the new owner’s smartphone.

We also carried out all the plumbing works on this project including the main bathroom, 3 en-suites and downstairs w/c.
